Two Navien Tank Less Water Heaters come standard in all Shore Home Builder’s Home’s, as our experience shows, that living at the Shore and all of the house guests, creates the need for a lot of hot water.

The Navien Tankless Hot Water Heaters we install, last up to 10 years longer and use much less space than standard tank water heaters.

Homeowners can save as much as 20% from water heating bills. There is no possibility of flooding due to a ruptured tank. Best of all, you will never run out of hot water.

Gunite Pools are exceedingly durable and built to last. Spraying a concrete and sand mixture over a rebar framework make this a preferable method over traditional concrete pools that require a wooden frame to hold it’s shape. 100 years or more, with no risk of cracking whatsoever.

In order to meet the Municipalities strict requirements on Impervious coverage, we install Mahogany decks in addition to the maximum impervious pavers that are allowed. Mahogany is a hard wood that lasts up to 40 years as compared to other decking wood. It has a natural affinity for modern finishes, compounding further advantages as the finish seals the wood in order to further ensure its resistance to moisture and temperature changes. Mahogany is less liable to warping, shrinking, swelling, and twisting than other woods.
